Tuna Melt Baguette with that Stripey Cheese from Morrisons

I wish you could see the tuna mayo a bit better here, I mixed it with corn, roasted peppers out of a jar, mayo and lots of lemon juice. I hollowed the bread out a bit then drizzled it with olive oil first, then piled the tooner in, and well you can see the rest. Then I did it all in the oven. Nice cheese.
